Bothy

Last night I went with some friends to the Scottish pub in Edmonton: the Bothy.  We went specifically to eat haggis.  As haggis goes it was not bad (bizarrely the best haggis I ever had was in my student halls of residence in Glasgow).  The word "bothy" describes basic shelter, open to everyone, and are widespread across the Scottish highlands.
